What format are the files?

How do I download after I pay?

Complete checkout with Stripe on this site. When payment succeeds, the confirmation page lists download links tied to your checkout session. If anything fails to download, use the same browser session or email support@mika-labs.com with your Stripe receipt.

Do you ship a physical planner?

No — this listing is digital only. Nothing is mailed. If you prefer buying on Etsy, the same planner is available there as an instant download.

Can I get a refund?

Instant digital downloads are generally final once files are delivered, consistent with common digital-goods policies. If you were charged but cannot access files, contact us right away and we will help verify your purchase.

Can I use the files for commercial projects?

Personal use is assumed unless your receipt or product page states otherwise. For commercial licensing questions, email support@mika-labs.com before distributing or reselling.

I bought on Etsy instead — where are my files?

Etsy handles delivery for Etsy purchases. Check your Etsy downloads and order email. This site’s gated download links only apply to checkout completed here with Stripe.
